摘 要:目的 :探讨不同颈椎融合器椎间融合后对颈椎稳定性的影响以及椎间融合的生物力学特性比较 ,为临床应用提供科学依据。方法 :采集 12具新鲜尸体颈椎标本 ,分为正常对照组 (N)、自制融合器组 (MOF)、同种异体髂骨块组 (LC)和BAK融合器 (BAK)组 ,用实验应力分析方法 ,对颈椎进行稳定性分析。结果 :① 3种颈椎融合材料的生物力学特性正常组与自制融合器组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;②同种异体髂骨块组与自制融合器组的生物特性试验结果差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;③自制融合器与BAK组的结果差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :自制颈椎融合器强度大、刚度高、下沉移位小、颈椎稳定好 。Aim:To investigate the effects of the different cervical vertebral fusion cages on the cervical spine stability of the intervertebral fusion and to compare their biomechanical characters so as to provide scientific basis for clinical activity.Methods:Twelve fresh adult cadaveric cervical spines were allocated into hormal control group,the self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage group, the allogenic iliac bone graft group (LC),and the BAK group. The stability for each group was tested by experimental stress analysis.Results:a) There was no significant difference between the groups of normal control and the self designed cervical vertebral fusion cages in the biomechanical characters ( P >0.05); b) There was significant difference between the groups of allogenic iliac bone graft and self designed cervical vertebral fusion cages ( P < 0.05 ); c) There was no significant difference between the groups of BAK and the self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage( P >0.05).Conclusion:The self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage shows effective with high strength and stiffness, less depression displacement, and good cervical stability.
