激光测定脂肪酸水乳液的结晶诱导期

摘　　要：本文用He—Ne激光成功地测定了脂肪酸及其水乳液的冻点、熔点和定温下的结晶诱导期。结果表明,上述物系的冻点、熔点与饱和酸质量分率的对数值的关系以及结晶诱导期的自然对数与过冷度的关系都是线性的。Titer, melting point and crystallization induction period for fatty acid emulsion systems were determined successfully with He-Ne Laser. The experimental data correlated by least square methodand manifested that the relation of titer and melting point for fatty acid with respective to logarithm of saturated fatty acid mass fraction and that the relation of natural logarithm of crystallization induction period with respective to degree of supercooling are linear.
