摘  要:本文对感应熔覆涂层涡流分布规律及控制方法进行了研究。通过测量涂层材料的电阻率及饱和磁化强度随温度的变化曲线 ,分析了感应加热过程中涡流分布及变化过程。利用扫描电子显微镜研究了中、高频感应熔覆涂层和基体显微组织的变化规律。通过试验 ,分析了不同截面形状和线圈匝数对感应熔覆工艺的影响。结果表明 ,利用单匝圆形截面线圈 ,采用 (2 0 0~ 2 5 0 )kHz的高频感应频率 ,并在熔覆前对涂层进行 2 0 0℃预热是实现涡流控制。The controlling means for eddy current in coating by induction cladding were investigated.The distribution and variation processes of eddy current occurring in coating inducted were analyzed by measuring electric resistivity and saturation magnetization of the coating material with variable temperatures.The two distinct microstructures of the coating caused by medium and high frequency induction cladding were probed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effect of cross section shape and turns of a inductor on coating preparation was examined by practical induction heating.The results show that effective measures to control eddy current are taken by preheating the coating at 200℃ before induction,adopting high frequency(200~250)kHzinduction and using a single turn and circular cross section inductor.
