摘　　要：过去的电话自动计费器大都没有网络管理和自动拨号等功能。为了解决这些电话自动计费器不易管理、修改费率困难、收费漏洞大等问题,突破传统计费器的设计思路,运用计算机通信和网络技术设计了一种电话自动计费器网络管理系统,给出了管理中心、电话自动计费器等主要部件的软、硬件框图。该系统适用于城市公用电话自动计费器的网络管理。In the past, the automatic charging device could not provide the function of communication, network management and automatic dialing. In order to solve the problem of difficult management, modify rate table and reasonable collecting fees for the automatic charging device, a network management system for the automatic charging device is designed through using computer communication and network. This paper presents the principle schemes of hardware and software about the management center and the automatic charging device. This system is applied to network management for booth in the city.
