摘　　要：中国电动自行车产业在大规模使用阀控铅酸电池以后 ,电池的非正常失效问题严重地制约电动车辆的大规模发展 ,也影响了免维护铅酸电池在电动车领域的大规模使用。本文根据大量现场试验重点阐述了造成电动车阀控铅酸电池非正常失效的故障类型、发生的条件、故障与电池寿命的相关性。VRLA batteries have been widely in use for electric bikes in China,but their abnormal failures restrict the extensive development of electric vehicles and hinder the application of MF lead-acid batteries to electric vehicles as well.Based on lots of field testing results the following details were explained:failure modes causing abnormal failure and conditions at which failure occurs,and the relationship between failure and service life.In addtion,precausions and some solutions were presented.
