摘  要:广蓄电站二期工程6#机在调试中,因推力瓦本身缺陷(瓦的表面加工制造质量及瓦的结构、形状、设计欠合理),先后发生2次烧瓦事故.针对这一问题提出了改造措施,事故处理后,机组在各种工况下安全运行了2年多,推力瓦一直运行良好.这一成功的改造方案供设计、制造及安装部门解决大型类似机组推力瓦烧损问题参考.During the trial run of unit No. 6 of stage - 2 Guangzhou Water Pumping and Energy Storage Station (GWPESS), the own defects thrust bearing pads (defects in the pad's surface, structure and shape) caused damages twice. The problem has been solved by relevant special measures. As a result of the treatment, the unit and the thrust bearing have been in good operation for two years more. This successful transformation provided the design, manufacturing and installation departments valuable experience for treatment the bearing pad damages of similar large generating units.
