大银鱼Protosalanx hyalocranius(Abbott)不同组织LDH同工酶、EST同工酶的初步研究

摘　　要：报道了应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)研究大银鱼Protosalanxhyalocra nius(Abbott)胚胎发育不同时期及成体肝脏、骨骼肌、肾脏、眼等几种组织器官中LDH同工酶(乳酸脱氢酶同工酶)电泳图谱、EST同工酶(脂酶同工酶)电泳图谱.结果表明:大银鱼LDH有三条酶带;EST有两条酶带.分析表明LDH同工酶、EST同工酶在活力和组织分布方面均具有特异性.The electrophoresis patterns of LDH isoenzymes and EST isoenzymes in liver, muscle,eye,ovary and so on from adult Protosalanx hyalocranius(Abbott) were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel vertical electrophoresis. The results indicated that in the most these tissues there were three bands or less of LDH.In some tissues there were two bands or less of EST. In addition the LDH Isoenzymes and EST Isoenzymes of Protosalanx hyalocranius(Abbott)exhibited a tissues specific expression.
