摘  要:运用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(又称彗星试验)研究了SO2吸入对小鼠脑细胞DNA的损伤.研究结果表明,SO2可引起小鼠脑细胞彗星尾长显著大于对照组,且随SO2吸入浓度的增加,脑细胞彗星尾长度也增加,具有剂量效应关系.结果还表明,SO2对雄性小鼠脑细胞DNA损伤比雌性小鼠严重,存在性别差异.Damage effect of SO2 at different conentration(28 mg/m3,56 mg/m3,112 mg/m3 and 168 mg/m3)inhalation on DNA of brain cells from mice were studied with the single cell microgel electrophoresis technique(SCGE, comet assay).The results showed lengths of comet tails were increased obviously after SO2 inhalation,and the lengths of comet tail increased correspondingly according to SO2 concentrations increased.At lower SO2 levels,degree I DNA strand breaks were caused mainly,but as SO2 concentration increased,the proportion of cells with degree Ⅱ and drgreeⅢ DNA strand breaks increased.Some sex defferences in DNA damage were also found.DNA damage of male mice in brain was more serious than that of female mice.
