摘 要:对近年来草坪草逆境生理研究进行了综述。逆境下草坪草光合速率和光化学效率(Fv/Fm)降低,生长受抑制,草坪质量下降;保护酶活性降低,导致膜脂过氧化,细胞膜受伤害;耐逆性强的草坪草品种能维持较高的保护酶活性,因而受逆境的伤害较小。ABA(脱落酸)、细胞分裂素、Ca2+以及逆境锻炼等能提高草坪草的抗逆性。The recent studies on turfgrass stress physiology were reviewed in this paper. The environmental stress reduced canopy photosynthetic rate, photochemistry efficiency (Fv/Fm) and the growth of turfgrass shoots and roots, and thereby reduced the quality of turf. The activities of antioxidant enzymes of turfgrass were reduced under severe abiotic stresses, which led to peroxidation of membrane lipid and damage of cells. The tolerant varieties were less damaged under stress since they could maintain a higher level of antioxidant enzymes activity. ABA, cytokinin, Ca2+ and nonlethal stress pretreatments increased the stress resistance of turfgrass.
