摘 要:以水玻璃、硫酸为原料,采用化学沉淀法制备出纳米SiO2微粉.讨论了反应物的浓度、沉淀溶液的pH值等多种工艺因素对产品性能的影响,并探讨了纳米SiO2微粉的形成机理.TEM、BET表征结果表明:所制得的二氧化硅微粉粒子大小均匀,平均粒径为76nm,比表面积为452m2/g.Nanometer SiO2 powders are prepared from water-glass and sulfur acid by chemical precipitation.The effects of multiplicate technical factors on the properties of products,such as the concentration of reactants and pH value,have been discussed.The formation mechanism of nanometer SiO2 has also been investigated.The experimental result shows that the prepared nanometer SiO2 powders have uniform distributions and their average diameters are 76 nm and their specific areas are 452 m2/g by TEM and BET.
