摘 要:对用无泡曝气无机陶瓷膜生物反应器处理生活污水进行了探索性试验.测定了氧在膜生物反应器系统中的泡点压力(挂膜前后),研究了生物膜的挂膜特性,讨论了进水流量和进水污染物(COD)浓度分别对COD去除率的影响.在适宜的进水通量(15.75L/(m2·h))和进水污染物浓度(200mg/L)的实验条件下,COD去除度均高于90%,出水COD浓度低于建设部生活杂用水水质标准CJ25.1-89.与传统膜生物反应器相比,具有传氧速率快、氧利用率高(可达100%)、能耗低、设备尺寸小、噪声少等优点.The study on treating domestic sewerage by bubbleless aerated inorganic ceramic membrane bioreactor was conducted.The bubble point of oxygen in the membrane bioreactor system was measured before and after the formation of the biofilm.The properties of the film forming of the biofilm are studied.The effects of the flux and the pollutant concentration (COD) of inlet on COD removal are discussed respectively.The COD removal is more than 90% when the flux of inlet is 15.75 L/(m2·h) and the pollutant concentration is 200 mg/L.The COD concentration of outlet is lower than the domestic station service water quality standard CJ25.1-89 issued by the Construction Military of China.Comparing to the traditional bubble aerated membrane bioreactor,the bubbleless aerated membrane bioreactor has many advantages,such as faster oxygen transferring rate,higher oxygen uptaking rate (100%),lower energy consumption,smaller equipment size and lower noise.
