摘　　要：在乒乓球的训练和比赛中,直拍打法和横拍打法各有其优点和不足。通过对一种新的打法———"直、横拍握法转换击球打法"的依据、优点和训练方法的分析,将直拍打法和横拍打法的优点加以组合,同时克服其各自的缺陷,从而丰富现有的打法类型,更好地应对新规则的挑战。In table tennis training and competition, either the penholder grip or the knife grip has its advantages and drawbacks. Therefore, a new method of playing——to rotate the penholder grip and the knife grip was invented. Based on the analysis of its advantages and its training methods, the advantages of the penholder grip were combined with the advantages of the knife grip. Meanwhile, the drawbacks of both grips were overcome so as to enrich the current table tennis playing style to deal with the challenge of the new rules.
