南海海绵Spirastrella purpurea Lamarck的化学成分研究

摘　　要：从中国南海海绵 Spirastrella purpurea Lamarck中分离得到 5个有机化合物。通过现代波谱技术并结合X-衍射分析,确定其结构分别为胆甾醇(Ⅰ)、麦角甾-6,22-二烯-5α,8α-环二氧-3α-醇(Ⅱ)、对羟基苯乙酸胺(Ⅲ)、腺嘌呤(Ⅳ)和(±)-尿囊素(Ⅴ)。本文是对该种海绵化学成分的首次报道。Five known compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Spirastrella pur-purea Lamarck collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were identified, by means of spectroscopic method and X-ray diffraction analysis as: cholesterol (I ),ergost-6, 22-diene-5 ,8-epidioxy-3a-ol (Ⅱ), p-hydroxyphenylacetamide (Ⅲ), adenine (Ⅳ) and(±-al-lantoin ( V ) , respectively. This is the first report for the chemical constituents of the marine sponge Spirastrella purpurea Lamarck.
