摘 要:采用CH50 试验法测定静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白 (IVIG)抗补体活性 (ACA) ,在中性pH条件下 ,比较了不同的Na+ 含量及不同种类的糖对ACA测定结果的影响。结果表明 ,NaC1含量由 0 .2 %上升至 1.0 %时 ,ACA呈逐渐下降趋势 ;用 5 %葡萄糖作稳定剂时ACA最低。IVIG在 37℃条件下放置一月后 ,ACA有明显下降趋势。在半成品配制过程中 。The ACA of human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection was determined by CH 50test.The effect of different Na + contents and sugars were studied to ACA determination.The results showed that ACA was reduced if the Na + content increased from 0.2% to 1.0%;the ACA of IVIG is lowest when the 5%glucose is used as stabilizer, and the ACA were reduced when IVIG is stored at 37℃ for one month. During preparation of final bulk,the order of adding stabilizers also effects the result of ACA determination.
