摘  要:研究用磷酸铝作粘结剂配制铸铁件用高温涂料。采用震动法紧实涂料骨料,将紧实体积密度与松装体积密度对比,按照对比结果确定最佳颗粒配比,配制成涂料。生产试用表明,该涂料强度高,耐磨性好,适用于高要求的灰铸铁、球铁铸件。An investigation was carried out on using aluminum phosphate colloid as binder to produce a kind of hi-temperature-resistant coating for iron castings.The jolting method was utilized to compact the aggregate grains of the coating.The compact volume density and loose volume density of grains were checked and compared.The comparison result was taken as the basis to determine the optimal grains mixture ratio for preparing the coating.Trial application of the coating in production showed that this kind of coating,being of high strength,high wear resistant ,was suitable to be used for gray and ductile iron with high quality requirements.
