摘 要:阿莫西林在硫酸溶液中的降解产物与Ce(Ⅳ)在罗丹明6G的增敏作用下可产生化学发光。据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定阿莫西林的新方法。该方法线性范围为0.01~20.0mg·L^(-1),检出限为0.008mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差(n=11,C=1.0mg·L^(-1)为0.7%。方法用于药物中阿莫西林含量的测定,结果满意。It was shown by experimental results that in a dilute H2SO4 medium, the degradation product of amoxycillin, which contains sulfhydryl group, reacts with Ce(Ⅳ) to give weak chemiluminescence, and it was found in a further study that rhodamine 6G has a strong sensitivation action on the above chemiluminescence reaction to give strong chemiluminescence. Based on these facts, a sensitive method of F1-chemiluminescence determination of amoxycillin was established. Linearity was held in the range of 0. 01 to 20. 0mg · L-1 of amoxycillin. Detection limit of this method was found to be 0. 008mg · L-1. Precision test, made on the concentration level of 1. 0mg · L-1, gave a RSD of 0.7% (n=11). This method has been applied to the analysis of amoxycillin capsules.
