酸性多糖治疗高胆固醇血症的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨酸性多糖降低血胆固醇的机理。方法　 40只兔子随机分成A、B两组 ,A组兔子服用基础饲料加酸性多糖 ,B组兔子做空白对照 ,只服用基础饲料。 2周后处死兔子 ,取胆汁 ,查胆汁中的TC。结果　服酸性多糖组兔子胆汁中TC明显降低 ,两组差异极显著P <0 0 1)。结论　酸性多糖吸附胃肠道胆固醇 ,阻断胆固醇的肠肝循环。Objective Toevaluatethemechanismofacidicpolysaccharidesintreatinghy percholesterolemia.Methods 40rabbitswererandomlydividedintogroupAandgroupB ,and 1‰ acidpolysaccharideswasaddedtobasalforageingroupA .Theconcentrationoftotalcholesterol (TC)inbileweredeterminedusingenzymereactionmethod ,40rabbitswererespectivelyexecuted after 2weeks.Results After 2weeeks,thelevelsofTCingroupA(3 .53±0 .8mmol/L- 1 )were significantlylowerthanthoseingroupB(0 .1± 0 .0 5mmol/L- 1 ) (P <0 .0 1 ) .Conclusion The majorityofTCinintestinaltractwasabsorbedbyacidicpolysaccharides,topreventTCfromentero hepaticcirculation .
