摘  要:三峡永久船闸人字门的温度变形量相对其安装精度的影响十分明显。通过分析人字门的结构尺寸、相关材料的热物理等结构特性、工作环境温度及太阳辐射,研究其变化规律,了解人字门门体、支枕垫块和顶枢等结构的变形特点,为有效避免因温度变形而造成的运行故障,提高三峡人字门的安全可靠性提供了依据,也为其他类似的大型金属结构工程提供了重要的参考。The temperature deformation impact is very important for the miter gates of Three Gorges Project in comparison with its installation precision. This article studies the change laws of the miter gates and finds out the distortion features of its components such as gate body, bearing cushion block, pillow cushion block and top pintle, on the basis of analyzing its structure size, material properties, environment temperatures and solar radiation. It can provide credible evidence for avoiding operation failure caused by temperature distortion and increasing the safety and reliability of the miter gates of the Three Gorges Project. It also can provide some important information for reference to other similar large metal structure project.
