摘　　要：　本文回顾了我国木材工业尤其是人造板工业近年来取得的巨大成就,同时指出了存在着行业整体素质不高、企业规模偏小、产品质量和经济效益差、宏观调控薄弱等问题。针对这些问题及我国的国情、林情,最后提出发展我国木材工业的若干措施。The wood-based panel industry in China has made significant advances in recent years. However, the wood industry has also been plagued by many problems. Some of the problems still to be solved are shortages of wood resources, lack of advanced equipment and techniques in many wood processing plants, poor quality wood products, and ineffective administration. Both the advances and the problems are reviewed, and finally, some solutions to the problems are proposed. 
