摘　　要：借鉴国内外关于灾难性卫生支出的研究成果,简要介绍其分析思路和方法,并利用WHO提供的方法学做了模拟测算与分析,以探究中国家庭发生灾难性卫生支出的相关影响因素。We refer the research results of domestic and international on catastrophic health expenditure analysis. In this report, we introduce the analysis ideal and method, and use the methodology provided by WHO to make the simulated analysis. In china, we also explore the relevant risk factors induced the catestrophic health expenditure in household.
