摘 要:研究了用固相反应法制备亚锰酸盐 L a0 .7Cax Sr0 .3- x Mn O3系列多晶样品 (量分数 x=0 .0 5 ,0 .1 0 ,0 .1 5 ,0 .2 0 ,0 .2 5 ,0 .30 ) ,并在零磁场和 0 .3T磁场下研究了电阻和磁电阻与温度 ( 77~ 380 K)的关系 ,结果发现随 x的增加 ,样品的巨磁电阻效应的峰值温度向高温移动 。The manganite polycrystalline samples La 0.7 Ca x Sr 0.3-x MnO 3( x =0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30) were prepared by the solid-state reaction technique. The electrical resistance( R ) and magneto resistance (M R ) have been measured in the temperature region form 77 K to 380 K in applied fields from zero to 0.3 T. The element substitution of Ce for La and the doping concentration dependence of R and M R were studied. It is found that the temperature of the peak of giant magneto resistance (GMR) increase. While the temperatures, at which the peak of M R appears, is equal basically.
