摘　　要：现代工业的发展对齿轮传动的要求日益提高,促使人们不断开发新齿形。圆弧齿线双圆弧齿轮是采用双圆弧齿轮的齿廓和圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的齿线而形成的新型齿轮,独特的凸凹啮合齿线和凸凹啮合齿廓,使其齿面接触强度和轮齿弯曲强度都得到了很大提高,应用前景十分广阔。文中论述了该齿轮的传动特点和展成原理,分析了在滚齿机上的加工方案,并经切齿试验论证。With the development of industry,more and more strict demands are made on gear transmission,therefore various new type of gears are explore d to suit the needs of industry.The Ci rcular Arc Tooth Trace gear with doub le arc flank profile has the tooth trace of CATT gear and the tooth flanks profile of dou ble circular arc gear,therefore the gear is convex -concave engaged in both flank profile along tooth trace.So it is a new type of gear with great prospect.Based on the gear engagement principle,the paper mainly discusses the characteristics o f the gear and analyzes the manufactu re method of the gear on hobbing machine and cutting d emonstrations.〔
