摘　　要：本文认为,恢复关贸总协定缔约国的地位,对我国经济的发展具有极为重要的意义。它一方面给我们带来了增强综合国力,提高技术水平,促使企业转换经营机制,调整产业结构的机遇,另一方面也使我们相当一部分企业和产品面临严峻的挑战。产权约束软化,经济机制僵化,融资渠道狭窄,科技水平落后,劳动力素质差,都是我国面临的制约因素,为此,必须加快外贸、价格、金融体制和企业体制改革,以适应我国经济进入世界经济市场的需要。This author thinks it is very important to resume the position of China s signatory to a treaty of General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade for China s economic development, and it will bring the chances of enhancing China s comprehensive ability, developing China s technology and transfering the mechanism of the enterprises. But it makes many enterprises face to diffcluts. we must reform the system of foreign trade, prices and banking, and reform the system of state—ownership enferprises, and it can make China s economic system suit the need of the internation al economy.
