摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经细胞相关标志物nestin ,NF M及MAP2mRNA在脐血细胞中的表达情况。方法 :采用RT PCR方法对脐血单个核细胞进行检测。结果 :nestin ,NF M及MAP2mRNA表达在脐血单个核细胞中呈阳性。结论Objective: To evaluate whether human umbilical cord blood cells express some neural specific molecules,such as nestin,neurofilament subunit M(NF M) and microtuble associated protein2(MAP2).Methods: Isolated mononuclear cells(MNCs) from heparinized human cord blood (50 100 ml) samples by centrifugation over lymphoprep(density 1.077/ml) density gradient and then determined the nestin,NF M and MAP2 mRNA expression by reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR).Results: The result showed that the freshly isolated mononuclear cells derived from human umbilical cord blood samples expressed nestin,NF M and MAP2 mRNA molecules.Conclusion: Neural stem cells existed in human umbilical cord blood cells.
