摘　　要：文章探讨了以下几个问题:科学技术研究的社会劳动基本特征,科学技术的商品特征,技术商品的价值构成分析和科研劳动的增值效应(即科研劳动额外价值规律)。认为科研劳动是一种以创新为特征的具有社会学意义的劳动,并在分析科研劳动产品——技术作为商品的价值构成的基础上证明了科研劳动还是一种能创造价值的具有经济学意义的劳动。文章最后给出了技术商品价值构成的表达方式,解释了科研劳动增值现象。The paper discusses several problems concerning scientific research work: its basic characteristics of social work; commodity characters; analysis of value formation of technical products and valueadded effect of scientific work, namely, the law of additional value of scientific work. The paper holds that scientific work is of sociological significance with some innovative characteristics and also proves that it is of economic significance to create value based on the analyses of its value formation of technical products as commodities. Finally the paper presents a formula to describe the value formation of technical products and explains the phenomena of value addition of scientific work.
