摘  要:板坯经立辊轧制后 ,头、尾将出现鱼尾 ,边部将加厚 ,板坯横断面呈现“狗骨”形。其变形比较复杂 ,变形机理研究未见报道。本文采用试塑性法对板坯轧边过程进行了实验研究 ,获得了大量的实验数据 ,根据实验数据对各种变形参数在变形区的分布和金属流动规律进行了研究与探索。分析了产生“狗骨”的影响因素 ,定量地确定内部的变形参数 ,这对实现金属变形的精确控制 ,提高产品精度与质量 ,具有重要的理论意义。After rolled by the vertical rolls, the fish tails will appear at the slab's ends, slab's thickness will increase in the edge area and the cross section contour of the slab will appear to be 'dog bone' shape. Its' deformation is more complex compared to the normal rolling and the study of the deformation mechanism was not reported previously. Edge rolling process of slab is studied by employing visual plastic method in this paper and a great deal of experimental data is gained. Distribution of parameters in deformation area and metal steady flow law are studied and explored according to the data. The effect of the factors to 'dog bone' is analysed and the internal deformation parameters are determined in ration. This has profound theoretical meaning to exactly control the metal deformation and then to improve the product's precision and quality.
