摘　　要：银行是低资本运作的特殊企业,其负债的不确定性和硬性约束要求银行资产具有较强的流动性,流动性管理也就成为银行经营管理的首要任务和核心目标。本文在对流动性管理内涵分析基础上,对中外银行流动性管理现状进行详细的比较研究,得出流动性管理在我国仍处于缺位状态的结论,从而为实施有效的流动性管理指明了方向。A bank is a kind of special enterprise with low cost operation, whose uncertain debt and compulsory restriction require stronger flexibility of bank asset, as a result, flexible management becomes first task and core objective of bank management. Based on analysis of the connotation of flexible management and on detailed comparative study on the current situation of flexible management of the banks of China and abroad, this paper arrives at the conclusion that flexible management of banks in China is still in absence of main body and orientates the implementation of effective flexible management.
