摘　　要：新时期高校学生教育管理工作必须以自身的中心工作为有效载体;必须更加遵循教育规律和人才成长规律;必须教会学生养成终身学习的习惯,强化做人与做事相结合的教育方式;必须服务和服从于培养大学生的创新能力与创业能力。Student management of higher learning at new times must focus on self work, follow the law of education and talent growth, make students have whole life learning habit, strengthen the method combining do good work with becoming good person, cultivate innovative ability of college students.
