摘　　要：介绍在连续聚酯装置上采用25%QTA生产聚酯及其纺丝加工情况。与全用PTA相比,其生产过程、产品质量及纺丝等均能满足现有要求。只是R 21,22的酸值升高、酯化率降低、馏出水的pH值下降;切片的色相b值增加约1.0,tg和tmc有所偏高,吸色深;短丝的断裂伸长率偏低,断裂强度的CV稍高。存在的问题是馏出水系统出现堵塞,预聚釜真空升气系统夹带严重。The application of 25% QTA in continous PET unit to produce PET and its spinning manufacture condition are introduced.Compared with PTA,the production process,product quality and spinning of QTA can meet the existing demand.But the acid value of R21,R22 is increased,the esteification rate is decreased,the pH value of cut water is decreased.The hue b value of chip is increased 1.0, tg and tmc is slight higer,absorb color is deep,the extension at break of staple is slight lower,the CVvalue of breaking strength is slight higher.The exist problems are the occlusion of cut water system and the seriously entraiment of prepolycondensation autoclave vacuum system.
