摘　　要：分析总结了PTA产品中PT酸高的原因,从PT酸的产生、CTA中4 CBA含量、精制生产负荷、浆料密度、加氢反应器压力、结晶器压力、离心机等多方面进行优化、加强控制,以保证PTA产品质量达到优级品。Through several years production practice,the reasons for high PT acid content in PTA content are analyzed.The optimization and control are carried out from the aspects such as generation of PT acid,the content of 4CBA in CTA,the refining of production load,the density of slurry,the pressure of hydroprocessing reactor,the pressure of crystallizer,the centrifuge etc.The PTA product quality can reach the firstrate.
