摘　　要：儿童虐待与忽视是一个非常复杂的、涉及多方面的现象 ,包括有各种各样的虐待与忽视形式。它可以发生在家庭内外孩子成长的任何地方。而且 ,因为社会和文化价值观的不同 ,不同的民族关于儿童虐待与忽视的界定标准有很大的差异。该文介绍了各国关于儿童虐待与忽视的概念、判断标准、相关理论、危险因素及常用量表。Child abuse and neglect is a very complex and multifarious phenomenon which includes various forms of abuse and neglect. In can occur within the family and outside the family in which our children grow and develop. Moreover, different nations have notable variation on the definitions and standards of abuse, because social and cultural value viewpoint often influence this difference. This paper introduced the definition, standards, measures, theory, risk factors, and measurement instruments about the child abuse and neglect problem. The aim is to provide useful informations for the study on child abuse and neglect in China.
