摘　　要：目的 :探讨提高局限于上鼓室的胆脂瘤型中耳炎疗效的手术方法。方法 :对 32例 (32耳 )局限于上鼓室的胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者行内镜下微创手术治疗。结果 :32例中 ,2 8例 1个月内干耳 ,1 5例术后听力提高 ,1 3例鼓膜穿孔愈合。结论 :耳内镜下微创手术治疗局限于上鼓室的胆脂瘤型中耳炎 ,早期治疗 ,彻底清除病灶 ,可阻止胆脂瘤的进一步发展 。Objective:To explore the method of minimally invasive surgery for the cholesteatoma otitis media only located in epitympanum.Method:Thirty two cases of middle ear cholesteatoma limited in epitympanum were treated. All cases were verified by auxiliary examination and pathology.Result:Among 32 cases 28 ears obtained dry ears after operation in one month, the hearing in 15 cases were improved and the tympanic membranes in 13 cases were cured.Conclusion:These results suggest that this operation can clear the lesion effectively, guard against complications and prevent the cholesteatoma further developing.
