摘  要:介绍了室温固化高强度聚氨酯弹性体的合成方法及其性能,探讨了多元醇、异氰酸、稀释剂、交联剂等组份对聚氨脂弹性体性能的影响。试验证明聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体的硬度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度均随聚醚分子量的升高而下降,确定了本研究所需聚醚分子量为1000,采用PTMG:PPG=75:25(质量比)的混合多元醇合成的预聚体,并添加适量的稀释剂,在保证良好的物理性质和耐水解性能的前提下,降低了粘度,延长了釜中寿命,改善了施工工艺,降低了材料成本;采用混合胺固化剂降低了固化温度。该弹性体硬度高、强度高、回弹性好、耐磨、耐水解,并且满足了现场施工的要求。This paper introduced the synthetic methods of the high strength PUR elastomer cured at room temperature and its property, discussed the effects of the polyol, isocyanate, diluent and crosslinking agent on the property of the elastomer. The tests prove that the molecular weight of the polyether is higher, the hardness, tensile strength and tear strength are lower, so the molecular weight of the polyether we used is 1?000. We use mixed polyether the prepolymer and add proper diluents so as to reduce the viscosity, prelong the pot life, improve the construction technology and reduce the production costs without debasing the physical performance and resistivity against water. Using mixedamine as crosslinking agent,we can reduce the set temperature. The PUE has high hardness and strength, good elastic resilience, abrasion performance, resistivity against water and can be cured in place.
