摘　　要：研究硅酸锆超细磨矿工艺 ,采用三段开路磨矿流程、CXM- 1 0 0 0型超细搅拌磨机、d=1 .8～ 2 .5 mm硅酸锆磨介体系、磨矿浓度 62 .5 % ,分散剂为碳酸钠 0 .4%和六偏磷酸钠0 .5 %、磨矿时间 3h,可获得产品粒度 - 2μm85 .7%。Ultrafine grinding technology for zirconium silicate is developed,which uses a three stage open grinding flowsheet,CXM 1000 Ultrafine agitating mill, d=1.8～ 2.5mm zirconium silicate as grinding medium,grinding concentration of 62.5%, 0.4% sodium carbonate and 0 5% sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersants and grinding time of three hours,and can achieve a product particle size of 85 7% -2μm.
