井下乳化炸药混装车传动系统的性能计算与分析

摘　　要：井下用乳化炸药混装车是一种自行式车辆,是井下开采作业的重要设备。本文首先阐述井下乳化炸药混装车底盘传动系统的组成以及性能特点,在分析发动机和变矩器原始性能的基础上,通过曲线拟合,分别得到典型工况下二者的共同工作特性;然后详细计算出典型工况下炸药车的各种牵引性能参数;最后对混装车牵引性能进行综合分析。计算结果表明,混装车传动系统的牵引性能满足设计要求。The underground truck for preparing and charging emulsion explosive,a kind of selfpropelled vehicle,is one of important equipment for underground miningFirstly,the composition and characteristics of the transmission system of the truck's chassis are introducedBased on analyzing the original characteristics of diesel engine and converter,their characteristics of cooperation under typical working condition are obtained by means of curve fitting methodThen,various traction characteristic parameters of the truck under typical working condition are calculated in detailFinally,the traction characteristics of the truck are comprehensively analyzedThe computation result shows that the traction characteristics of the transmission system accord with the design requirement
