摘　　要：①目的　探讨皮肤软组织扩张术并发症发生的原因及防治方法。②方法　回顾调查 36例行皮肤软组织扩张术病人的临床资料。③结果　 36例中发生并发症 6例 ,并发症发生率为 1 6 .61 % ,其中术后血肿 2例 ,扩张器外露 2例 ,术后感染 1例 ,扩张皮瓣远端坏死 1例 ,经过及时正确的处理均达到理想的治疗效果。Objective\ To discuss the causes of complications of soft tissue dilatation and their management. \ Methods The clinical data of 36 patients undergoing skin soft tissue dilatation were analyzed retrospectively. \ Results\ The complications occurred in 6 cases, including post operative hematoma (2 cases),exposure of expander (2 cases),infection (1 case) and necrosis of distal flap (1 case). The outcome was satisfied after proper management.\ Conclusion\ Correct operative procedures and postoperative care may effectively reduce the complications.
