布地奈德并全乐宁及爱喘乐氧气驱动吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的效果

摘　　要：①目的　观察布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童支气管哮喘 (哮喘 )急性发作的效果。②方法　 60例病儿随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例 ,氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液加全乐宁、爱喘乐 ;对照组 30例 ,静脉滴注地塞米松、氨茶碱。观察用药前、用药后病儿症状体征 (呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、喘眠 )改善情况及消失时间。③结果　治疗组治疗后 1h呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音、睡眠、改善评分与对照组比较差异有显著性 (t =8.64～ 1 5 .41 ,P <0 .0 5)。治疗组呼吸困难减轻时间 (1 .90± 0 .98)d ,咳嗽减轻时间 (4.1 0± 1 .1 4 )d ,喘息减轻时间 (3 .0 0± 1 .1 2 )d ,哮鸣音消失时间 (3 .60± 1 .35)d ,对照组分别为 (4.1 0± 1 .65)d、(8.90± 2 .1 0 )d、(6 .60± 1 .68)d和 (7.1 0± 2 .2 7)d ,治疗组较对照组病程明显缩短 (t=1 2 .35～ 1 8.46 ,P <0 .0 5)。④结论　布地奈德氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘效果较好。Objective\ To assess the effect of Pulmicort Respules suspension Ventolin and Atrovent in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children. \ Methods\ Sixty children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups: Treated Group ( n =30) and Control Group ( n =30). The former inhaled atomized Pulmicort Respules suspension and atomized Ventolin, Atrovent liquid, the latter were given an injection of aminophylline and dexamethasone. The improvement of the symptoms and signs, such as dyspnea, cough, gasp and wheeze, before and after treatment, was observed. \ Results\ The improvement scores of Treated Group were obviously superior to the Control Group ( t=8.64-15.41,P <0.05 ) in terms of symptoms and signs. In Treated Group, the duration of dyspnea lasted (1.90±0.98) days, cough was (4.10±1.14) days, gasp alleviation was (3.00± 1.12 ) days, wheeze disappearance was (3.60±1.35) days, for Control Group, they were (4.10±1.65), (8.90±2.10), (6.60± 1.68 ) and ( 7.10± 2.27) days respectively. The course of the disease was significantly shorter for the Treated Group ( t=12.35-18.46,P < 0.05 ). \ Conclusion\ The combination use of atomized Pulmicort Respules suspension and atomizede Ventolin, Atrovent liquid in treating asthma may get obvious efficacy.
