主动脉内球囊反搏在冠状动脉旁路移置术围术期应用

摘　　要：①目的　探讨冠状动脉旁路移置术前、术中及术后应用主动脉球囊反搏 (IABP)的时机、指征 ,以提高使用的成功率。②方法　对 9例冠心病病人围手术期应用IABP治疗。③结果　全组 9例中 ,8例存活 ,死亡 1例 ,存活率为 88.9%。发生并发症 2例 ,其中血肿 1例 ,术中误穿股静脉 1例。④结论　术前预防性应用IABP及术中。Objective\ To investigate the opportunity and the indications of peri operative application of intra aortic balloon pumping(IABP) in coronary artery bypass graft. \ Methods\ An IABP technique was applied in 9 patients with coronary artery disease undergoing coronary artery bypass graft peri operatively. \ Results\ Eight patients survived , 1 patient died after using IABP. The survival rate was 88.9 percent. Complications occurred in 2 cases, which included local haematoma and puncturing of femoral vein by mistake.\ Conclusion\ Preventive application of intra aortic balloon pumping before operation and rational use of it as soon as possible after operation is an effective measure to improve the survival rate for patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft.
