摘　　要：通过对高效节能立式破磨机锤头的磨损机理分析，找出了锤头磨损快、寿命短的原因，并提出了提高锤头耐磨性、延长其使用寿命的方法，而且通过对比试验，证明了采用合适的耐磨材料，可以起到事半功倍的效果。This paper has found the reason of hammer wearing and short—service life by analyzing thewearing mechanism of vertical impact crusher,which is high in efficiency and low inconsumption,advances the methods of improving the hammer wearing and service lifeThe compared test proves that selecting the proper wearing material can get twice theresult with half the effort
