摘 要:目的 :探讨抗痨颗粒剂的止血作用机制。方法 :取小鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为正常对照组、抗痨颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组 ,连续灌胃 3d ,于最后一次给药后 30min ,剪断尾尖 ,测定出血时间。同时在最后一次给药后 1h ,用毛细玻璃管插入内眦静脉丛取血 ,用毛细玻璃管法[1 ] 测凝血时间。结果 :抗痨颗粒剂中剂量出血时间与凝血时间明显缩短 ,与正常对照组相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective: To explore the hemostatic mechanism of the granules. Method: 50 mouse were randomly divided into control group, Kanglao large, moderate and small dose groups. They were given medication continuously for three days, whose tail tips were cut off 30min after the last medication so that bleeding time could be determined. Meanwhile one hour after the last medication, fine tubes were inserted into angular vein to get blood and have the clotting time determined. Result: The bleeding and clotting time in the moderate dose group were markedly reduced, and there was obvious difference from those in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: This suggests Kanglao granules have marked hemostatic effect.
