通脉降脂口服液治疗动脉粥样硬化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨通脉降脂口服液延缓或逆转AS病变的作用。方法 :观察通脉降脂口服液对实验性高胆固醇血症鹌鹑动物模型血脂、血浆D -二聚体、第八因子辅因子及主动脉病变的影响。结果 :它可使血脂及血浆D -D、VWF水平降低 ,AS病变明显延缓。结论 :通脉降脂口服液除具有良好的调节血脂的作用外 ,还具有改善内皮细胞功能以及纠正AS时的凝血。Objective: To explore the actions of Tongmai Jiangzhi Koufuye (oral solution) in postponing or reversing the pathological process AS. Method: To observe the effect of this oral solution on blood lipid, plasma D D and VIIIF, and pathologic change of aorta in the duplicated model of quails with experimental hypercholesterolemia. Results: This solution can decrease blood lipid, plasma D D and VWF, and markedly postpone the pathological process AS. Conclusion: Besides the action of regulating blood lipid, this oral solution can also improve the function of endothelial cells, and reverse the disorder of blood coagulation and fibrinolytic function as well.
