摘　　要：实现江苏杨树产业的可持续发展,其产业环境建设至关重要。本文根据江苏杨树产业的实际发展状况,提出加速政府职能转变、深化林权制度改革、完善杨树产业经营体制和运行机制以及追求卓越的企业文化等产业环境方面的建设是实现其可持续发展的关键,并就具体的措施进行了探讨。According to the situation of Jiangsu' poplar industry, this paper put forward the way of improving the industry environment of Jiangsu' s poplar property which include the suggestions of reinforcing the change of local government function, deepening the reforms of forestry ownership, perfecting the management system and operation mechanism, building outstanding culture of enterprise and so on. Only in this way can it actualize the sustainable development.
