摘　　要：以我国公路桥梁管理系统(CBMS)的研究开发为背景,阐述Windows环境下的CBMS 2000版的开发环境、系统构成、数据库设计、各功能模块设计、输入输出要求,以及近年来CBMS在国内各省市的应用情况;此外,还介绍天威GIS(地理信息系统)和桥梁动态多媒体处理技术在CBMS系统中的应用。Based on the research and development of China Bridge Management System (CBMS) , this paper introduces the latest version of CBMS2000 under Windows98/2000 environment, including its system configuration, data bank design, functional modular design, input/output requirements, as well as its applications in the provinces and municipalities in China. In addition, the application of Tianwei GIS and bridge dynamic multimedia processing technology in the CBMS is also presented.
