摘  要:研究了五叶地锦与抗寒有关的若干生理生化指标在温度从 - 15℃到 - 38℃逐渐降低处理条件下的动态变化规律。自然越冬五叶地锦当年生枝和 1年生幼苗不同季节中 (后者只在秋季 )枝条基部芽的过氧化物酶活性等的变化 。The dynamic changing regularity of some physiological and biochemical indexes related with cold-resistance was studied with temperature dropping from -15℃ to -38℃. Meanwhile the changes of peroxide enzyme activity of shoots and buds for annual branches and one-year-old seedlings surviving winter successfully were also determined. This paper would provide theoretical foundation for researching this material's cold-resistence capacity deeply.
