摘　　要：循环流化床锅炉是一种高效低污染的燃烧装置,其机械除渣系统对锅炉运行至关重要。由于其允许用劣质燃料,燃烧后排出的热渣量大,易造成热损失及热污染,所以除渣系统对锅炉运行效率及环境的影响不可低估,针对其灰渣特点合理设计除渣系统十分重要。Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a combustion device with high heating efficiency and low pollution. And a mechanical deslagging system, as an integral part of the boiler, plays an important role in reducing heat loss and controlling thermal pollution to environment, especially when low grade coal is allowed to use by it and a large amount of hot bottom ash is discharged. So rational design of the deslagging system is critical to circukting fluidized bed boiler stable and safe operation.
