摘  要:采用共沉淀法制备出Zn2SnO4 LiZnVO4系纳米粉体,考察了液相掺杂时LiZnVO4添加量对材料显微结构、导电类型以及湿敏性能的影响。实验结果表明,适当的LiZnVO4添加量可明显改善纳米材料的感湿特性。采用共沉淀法制备纳米粉体并使LiZnVO4液相掺杂量为0.1mol的配比,可使Zn2SnO4材料具有低湿电阻小、灵敏度适中的湿敏特性。Zn2SnO4LiZnVO4 system nanometer powders were prepared by coprecipitation.The influence of the amount of liquiddoped LiZnVO4 on the microstructure and conduction and humiditysensitive characteristics of Zn2SnO4 is studied.The experimental results show that humidity sensitive characteristics of nanometer material can be improved by controlling the amount of liquiddoped LiZnVO4.A humidity sensitive material with lower resistance at lower humidity and with proper humidity sensitivity can be made by 0.1*#mol liquiddoped LiZnVO4 in coprecipitation Zn2SnO4 powders.
