摘 要:在实际运用中为解决传统Smith补偿控制对过程模型精度要求高的问题,提出了一种将其与常规PI调节器相结合,并在软件中设置一基于被控量测量值与给定值之偏差自动切换开关的控制方法。当该偏差小于等于一预先设置的、可调的值|μ|时,自动合上开关K,接入Smith补偿环节,当其大于|μ|时,即自动打开开关K,接通PI控制器。通过在聚酯装置粘度控制系统上的应用,借助于CENTUM CS集散系统的工作平台,最终使被控量的最大余差在4%以内,从而取得了一定的实际效果。?In order to solve the defect that Smith compensation controller needs high precision, here submits a practicable method. It combines the Smith controller to an general PI controller and set an automatic software switch on the basis of the errors between the control value's PV and it's SV. If the error is less then a preset and tunable value |μ|, the switch K is closed and the Smith dead compensation controller is put to work. Otherwise, if the error is higher than the value |μ|, the switch K is opened and the PI controller is put to work. The application on viscosity control system of the polyester plant on the basis of the CENTUMCS system shows that it can achieve such an improvement that the most differences between set value and the measure value is limited to 4?%.
