摘　　要：　分析了GA301型浆纱机目前生产过程中存在的问题:即压浆辊压力低,不能满足高压上浆的需求;烘房热效率偏低,且上下层纱烘干效率不易保证一致;车头卷绕功率低,不能满足大卷径的生产需要等,并针对以上三个方面提供了改进意见及方案,且通过实践证明改造后浆纱机的浆纱结构、上浆质量和品种的适应性都得到了提高.Three problems existed in present production of GA301 Sizing Machine are analyzed in this article. Ⅰ. Low pressure on squeezing roll can not meet the requirement of high pressure sizing. Ⅱ.low thermal efficiency on drying chamber and different drying rate between upper and lower yarn. Ⅲ. low power of headstock winding can not meet the demand of the winding of large diameter beam. The improved suggestions and plans solving the problems are prvided in the article. The innovated sizing construction, sizing quality and sizing variety application have been greatly improved.
