摘　　要：根据非傍轴远场光分布理论 ,用光线追迹法深入分析了LD光场经柱透镜和半柱透镜系统的准直特性 ,并比较了两者的准直效率和耦合效率 ,最后对理论分析进行了实验验证 。Based on the far-field distribution of a laser diode,the collimation properties of the off-axis light wave through a cylindrical lens and semi-cylindrical lens are separately analyzed in detail by rays tracing formulas,the collimation and coupling efficiency of them are also made a comparison.Finally,the analysis is proved by an experiment,and some useful results for engineering are obtained.
