摘　　要：分析了插片加工的工艺方案;进行了有效减少废料的排样;介绍了在行程短的压力机上通过导料板张开和合拢以达到导料板自动定心的模具结构。The paper analyzes the technology of a special part, presents the stock layout which can reduce the scrap effectively, introduces the die structure on short course punch so that the stock guide can center itself automatically by its opening and closing.
